Arab Establishment for Contracting & Engineering AECE provides Energy & Environmental projects design, engineering, procurement and construction services for large, complex and demanding industrial, commercial, petrochemical industries projects for private and public sector clients. About AECE.
Arab Establishment for Contracting & Engineering AECE was founded in 2007 as MEP
Company, Cairo-Egypt. In 2007 Mohamed Ezzat was Chief Executive Officer from 2007 to
2017,then in 2017 Mohamed Ezzat became AECE General Manager.
Over the years AECE has expanded its leadership role in the design, installation, and service of
industrial, commercial, high-rise, residential, and institutional air conditioning, heating,
ventilation, firefighting, plumbing, process piping, electrical and control systems.
In 2017 AECE expands business operation for Energy Service projects sector to better reflect
the many aspects of its business.

Plan-Spec
We examine the IFC drawings, and specifications, determine the lowest possible cost, and then build exactly what was designed. By working closely with the architect and engineering teams, our project managers anticipate issues and work to avoid change orders and cost overruns

In the Design-Assist method of delivering work, AECE technical office engineers work closely with your design and construction team to clarify the operational benefits of the project. We will analyze alternates on a price/performance basis. When appropriate,
Design-Build
Design-Build brings together a partnership of the owner, architects, main contractors, engineers, and trades. As part of the design-build team, AECE engineers analyze the owner’s requirements, reviewing concepts and systems on a price/performance benefit. Realistic project budgets can be established early in the process. Design-Build speeds up the entire construction process as we proceed seamlessly from design into construction with known project costs
Integrated Project Delivery
As a design-assist and design-build contractor, we regularly participate in the collaborative design and planning processes, allowing us to figure out the best way to accommodate the unique needs of each project. AECE Project Managers are unique in that they manage the project’s scope of work from start to finish, playing an integral role in the design, cost control, construction, commissioning and handover.
